Two charged in Summerville shooting that critically injured 3-year-old, police report

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCIV) — Two individuals have been charged in connection with the Sept 1, shooting that left a 3-year-old in critical condition, according to the Summerville Police Department.

Jamarris Benjamin was charged with three counts of unlawful conduct towards a child, possession with intent to distribute marijuana 3rd Offense and two counts unlawful possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a violent crime.
