COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) is investigating a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning.
Deputies said they responded to a call for a shooting around 2:20 a.m. at 1050 Southern Dr. in the area of the Redpoint Apartments.
