One of three charged for actions at a town hall event due in court

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – One of three charged for her actions at a Warrick County town hall event featuring Lieutenant Governor Micah Beckwith last month is due in court on September 15.

Kellie Moore is scheduled to be in Warrick Superior Court at 9 the morning of September 15. She’s charged with Battery Against a Public Safety Official.

Court records say Moore and another woman tried to prevent a deputy from leaving the town hall with Amanda Bennett. Bennett is charged with Resisting Arrest and Battery Against a Public Safety Officer.
