POSEY COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) — Mount Vernon River Days just wrapped up in Posey County.
It was the second day of celebrations. The event is held on the Ohio Riverfront downtown to remember the historic heritage of the community. There were family events live entertainment and plenty of food booths.
“I went through, I said everybody’s doing their thing,” Jon Charles said. “Everybody’s doing their thing. I have nothing bad to say about nobody. It’s a nice festival. It speaks for itself. Come try our barbecue, you know, can’t go wrong.”…
