A wanted felon from Cloverdale found himself in cuffs after a foot chase that led police through the doors of a Healdsburg church, officers said. According to the Healdsburg Police Department’s social media post, 40-year-old Arturo Rodriguezherrera was on active probation for numerous offenses when he was spotted by police yesterday.
Around 2:26 PM that day, multiple warrants, which included a felony warrant for burglary out of Sonoma County, loomed over Rodriguezherrera as officers attempted to approach him. Instead of complying, Rodriguezherrera bolted, initiating a pursuit that abruptly ended inside St. John’s Church during a service in progress.
