Man Sentenced For New Hampshire Federal Firearms Offenses

CONCORD, NH.- Last Tuesday, a 24-year-old Massachusetts man was sentenced to over five years in federal prison for traveling from Massachusetts into New Hampshire with a co-defendant to illegally purchase firearms, which were subsequently used in violent crimes in Massachusetts.

According to U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan, on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, Gicliff Rodriguez, 24, of Massachusetts, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Steven J. McAuliffe to 63 months in federal prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, after pleading guilty in May 2025, to Firearms Trafficking; and Being a Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm…
