ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Authorities have charged a Chicago area woman with reckless homicide and DUI for a Rockford crash that resulted in the death of a 25-year-old woman early Sunday morning.
According to the Rockford Police Department, officers were called to the roundabout at Kishwaukee Street and Airport Drive at 2:42 a.m.
