It’s not the first time that Swamp Daddy’s Cajun Kitchen has shared its struggles with the Sioux Falls area. Before the warm summer days returned to the Sioux Empire, officials with Swamp Daddy’s Cajun Kitchen shared their challenges to bring people to their tables in May.
