SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The name of the Rock Valley, Iowa man who died in a single-vehicle crash Thursday in Lincoln County has been released.
4 injured in crash at Southeastern and 26th Street
Warren Van Otterloo, 62, was driving on 288th Street near 48th Avenue in Lincoln County when his semi truck left the right side of the road, tipped and rolled down an embankment.
Van Otterloo was not wearing a seatbelt.
The crash remains under investigation…
