Sioux Falls Fire Rescue sent 5 trucks when they received calls of an exploding second-level deck.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue quickly contained a deck fire on the 4600 block of West Custer Lane Sunday evening, preventing what could have been a devastating house fire.
The incident began around 5:30 PM on September 14th when Metro Communications received reports of an exploded grill on a second-level deck.
The initial responding crew arrived to find light fire and smoke conditions, which they successfully extinguished from the exterior before flames could spread to the home’s interior.…
