Company sues Hall of Fame Village, wants paid for work at 2024 enshrinement festival show

CANTON ‒ Add another alleged unpaid bill to the Hall of Fame Village’s tab.

A business, which provided equipment and manpower for what appears to have been Carrie Underwood’s 2024 Concert for Legends, says it was never paid. The Freeman Co. of Dallas says it’s owed $267,895 plus interest, according to a lawsuit filed in Stark County Common Pleas Court.

Neither the Columbus-based attorney who filed the suit on Sept. 8, nor Hall of Fame Village officials responded to a request for comment for this story…
