JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. – A Bessemer woman charged with leaving the scene of an accident with death and reckless manslaughter has been booked back in the Jefferson County Jail with no bond.
According to the Jefferson County Jail, Tammy Tanner Albanese was booked just before 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 15.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office obtained warrants against Albanese nearly three years ago, after 55-year-old Teddy Eugene Self was hit and killed by a car while reportedly checking on his mail on Lock 17 Road in Bessemer on September 22, 2022…
