Cincinnati Man Sentenced For Kentucky Drug Trafficking Crime

COVINGTON, KY.- A 46-year-old Cincinnati, Ohio, man and a convicted cocaine trafficker learned he would be spending a decade and a half in federal prison, after being sentenced on Friday for transporting over 10 pounds of cocaine into the Eastern District of Kentucky.
According to Acting U.S. Attorney Paul McCaffrey, on Friday, September 12, 2025, Kevin Prince Davis, 46, of Cincinnati, Ohio, appeared in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Court Judge David Bunning to 180 months in federal prison, to be followed by 10 years of supervised release, after pleading guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute Five Grams or More of a Controlled Substance, Cocaine.

According to documents filed with the District Court, Davis was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by a member of the Kentucky State Police for a traffic violation on Interstate 75.
