WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (WOIO) – A suspect has been arrested for the shooting of a 20-year-old man in Willoughby that took place on Fox Run Drive off Lost Nation Road on Monday afternoon.
The Willoughby Police Department got a call about the shooting just before 4 p.m.
