PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A woman is dead and a man is in custody after a Monday homicide in Perry County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
State Police at Newport said there was an ongoing domestic dispute in the 1400 block of New Valley Road in Rye Township.
When State Police arrived at the residence, they found 38-year-old Samantha Fields dead, according to Troopers. A man who also lived at the home was taken into custody. He was not identified by Troopers…
