ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Another group of cars were vandalized while their owners were asleep in their apartments. At a parking lot on Savannah Street, someone or some people smashed out the windows of up to 10 cars.
“Yeah, look at it. It’s right there,” said Annette Vereen, one of the victims.
