LINCOLN–(KFOR Sept. 15)–A 27-year-old Lincoln man is in jail for burglary and theft, after a weapons violation was in progress Sunday.
This happened early Sunday evening in the area northeast of 1st and Adams, where the victim reported an unknown man entered a house, armed with a knife and pointed at their dogs, before stealing a bike from a neighbor. As officers were heading to the scene, they saw the man on the bike, fitting the description of the suspect. Officers told him to stop but he kept riding. He was eventually taken into custody about a mile away…
