LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A local representative in the HR world says what people post on social media can strongly influence how an employer feels about hiring them or keeping them on the payroll. In the past week, some Texas teachers and even one here in Lubbock have been investigated for their comments.
“One of the things I read recently was if you can’t tell your grandma or your pastor about it, it probably shouldn’t go on social media,” Scott Coursey said.
