Belvidere man arrested for child endangerment after driving high on drugs, police say

DEKALB COUNTY, Ill. (WTVO) — Police say a Belvidere man is accused of child endangerment for driving while high on drugs and nearly causing several head-on collisions.

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office reported the arrest of Phillip Honeycutt II, 35, after authorities received a complaint of a driver going off the road, swerving in traffic, and almost causing multiple crashes.
