COLBERT, Wash. – A significant development project called “The Village at Midway” is breaking ground near Midway Elementary in Colbert. This $200 million venture aims to introduce a gas station, a boutique grocery store and a major apartment complex to the area.
The project is situated between North Hatch Road and Highway 395. While many community members are excited about the development, some express concerns about the impact more families could have on the community.
