CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — Tuesday evening the Charleston County Council will be meeting to take the first vote on an amendment to an ordinance on the discharge of firearms in the county.
This amendment would prohibit the discharging of firearms within 100 feet of any building, dwelling, or structure unless the owner or occupants give permission.
