East Cleveland, Ohio – A murder suspect’s bond was set at $1 million on Monday after U.S. Marshals arrested him on Friday.
Marshals arrested the 43-year-old suspect wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder and felonious assault, according to a release.
Marshals said on June 20, officers responded to an address in the 1300 block of E. 117th Street for two men who had been shot.
When officers arrived, they found a 55-year-old with a gunshot wound to the stomach with non-life-threatening injuries, and 55-year-old Lavelle Scales, who was pronounced dead at the hospital due to gunshot wounds…
