BRISTOL, R.I. (WPRI) — A hunter in Bristol was sent to the hospital with a leg injury on Monday, according to the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management.
The DEM said they responded to 100 Acre Woods on Jameson Drive around 5:30 p.m. for a report of an injured bow hunter.
A 12 News crew saw police focused on a compound bow lying in the grass.
