WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – At their meeting on Monday, Sept. 15, the New Hanover County Commissioners removed a long-time board member and appointed a new one to the Endowment Board.
Shannon Winslow was unanimously reappointed to the board, but commissioners ousted Spence Broadhurst.
