Twilight market to feature locally owned multicultural small businesses

A showcase of local shops owned by Black, Indigenous, people of color, women, and immigrants is set for Thursday on the North Lawn at the Main Library.

The Multicultural Twilight Market is a farmers market-style event in its fourth year, according to hosts Welcome Toledo-Lucas County and the Toledo Lucas County Public Library.
