A major piece of the 2-year puzzle that has been the reimagination of the I-95 interchange with Route 896 is expected to open next week.
DelDOT announced Monday that the outbound Newark traffic on Route 896 Southbound (South College Avenue) will have a new ramp to I-95 Northbound at, or around, Thursday, September 25.
