EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene Police officers made three separate DUII arrests over a two-day period.
On September 14, officers responded to a welfare check on the 1500 block of Fetters Loop, where they found 32-year-old Brennen Andrew Babbhacket unresponsive in a Subaru Forester with the engine running. Attempts to wake Babbhacket failed until officers unlocked the car, causing it to roll forward and crash into a patrol vehicle. Babbhacket was taken into custody and charged with DUII, Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, and Reckless Driving. He was also cited for Driving without Operating Privileges.
The previous day, on September 13, police were dispatched to a report of a possibly intoxicated driver in a Toyota Tacoma near River Road and Knoop Lane.
