PALMER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The man who police say was behind a series of explosions that mystified people in one Northampton County community for years said he did it because he liked the sound.
The 58-year-old man from Lehigh County was arraigned on Monday on a number of charges. Police say his long criminal history includes making and setting off explosives.
