ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — For the second time in four months, state health inspectors are on site at Mission Hospital in Asheville.
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) confirmed to News 13 that it had staff members at the hospital both Monday, Sept. 15, and Tuesday, Sept. 16.
An NCHHS spokesperson said the department “cannot comment on possible or ongoing investigations.”…
