Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools welcomes new chief of police

CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools officially welcomed Jonathan D. Thomas as the district’s new chief of police during a ceremony held on Tuesday.
