Washington Township Police arrested a Russells Point woman Tuesday afternoon following reports of vandalism at the Indian Lake spillway and spillway bridge.
Police say 25-year-old Teagan Baker was taken into custody around noon and charged with criminal damaging, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief.
