LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Brooks Houck has agreed to surrender custody of the child he shared with Crystal Rogers to his sister.
According to court documents that were filed on Monday, Houck’s sister, Rhonda McIlvoy, was granted full custody of Houck’s 12-year-old son.
