MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A 65-year-old Memphis woman has questions after she says her SNAP benefits were stolen for the third time this year.
“I’m tired. I’m tired of being the one that has to do without, when I was the one hurt by this scam,” said Sharon Turks, victim.
