TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Two people were arrested in Toledo on Oct. 10, 2024, for an alleged gift card scam.
According to a police report, Mingxuan Fang and Kefeng Xue were both arrested on Oct. 10 and charged with receiving stolen property, retain/dispose of property obtained through theft. Misues credit cards; knowlingy buy or sell from or to a person not the issuer.
According to the report, a detective, along with other task force detectives, was working in the Secor and Executive Parkway area. The detectives had a license plate checked and after it was ran through the system, the information came back as “plate not found.”…
