Palm Beach County’s OEBO Rebrands as Office of Small Business Development to Boost Local Entrepreneurship

In a move to further empower local entrepreneurs, Palm Beach County’s Office of Equal Business Opportunity (OEBO) has undergone a significant rebranding and will now be recognized as the Office of Small Business Development. This change was announced earlier and is already in effect, as per the county’s announcement.

The revamped office will reinforce its solidarity with Palm Beach County’s economic fabric while working under the new guidance of the Housing and Economic Development Department, the aim remains steadfast to bolster the prosperity and expansion of small businesses across the region, access, growth, and economic empowerment are the pillars that will continue to be the focus for the team led by Axel Miranda who steps in as the new Division Director.

“This change reflects our commitment to better serve the small business community while maintaining the core values and services that have defined OEBO,” Miranda stated, noting that despite the shift in identity, the office will not waver from its pursuit of providing substantial support and resources which has been the cornerstone of its relationship with the local, distinctively vibrant entrepreneurial community, as noted by the Palm Beach County’s website…
