Hiawatha City Council approves $14M project to address community housing needs

HIAWATHA, Iowa (KCRG) – The Hiawatha City Council has approved a $14 million dollar development project with Igram Family, LLC, to address the community’s housing needs.

The development plan includes 48 townhome units, commercial properties, an extension of Parsons Drive, and a mixed-use building featuring commercial space on the first floor with housing on upper floors.
