PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Interstate 205 was partially blocked Tuesday morning after a crash left a semi truck on its side, authorities said.
Portland Fire & Rescue said crews responded to the crash on I-205 at Powell at around 2:30 a.m., which was blocking traffic in both directions.
