BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man who police say tried to persuade two minors to get in a vehicle is a convicted rapist and was charged Tuesday with four felony counts, according to court records and information from the state’s sex offender registry.
Jose German Martin, 55, was due in court Tuesday afternoon in Delano.
