STAUNTON, Va. (WHSV) – The Brite Bus Transit Service continues to provide public transportation throughout the region.
While serving areas in Staunton, Augusta County, parts of Harrisonburg, and Charlottesville, Devon Thompson, the Transit Project manager, said that the safety of the drivers and passengers is their top priority.
“All of the Brite drivers are contracted through Virginia’s regional transit, prioritize safety at all times, it is one of their core values and mission,” Thompson said. “Safety is reiterated every day in their daily operations, their plans, their procedures, so safety is always at the top of my mind, making sure passengers get to where they need to go in the safest manner possible.“…
