A Hopkins County grand jury has indicted a Hopkinsville woman on multiple charges, including wanton endangerment, after leading law enforcement on a pursuit last month.
Peri Brown of Hopkinsville was indicted on several violations, along with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, open alcohol container in a vehicle, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, first-degree fleeing or evading police, and three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
The charges are from August when Madisonville Police attempted to make a traffic stop on a vehicle near Madison Square for no brake or taillights.
