A Dickens Holiday Returns to Downtown Fayetteville on Nov. 28

The streets of downtown Fayetteville will spring to life on November 28, as the 26th annual Dickens Holiday transforms the city center. Starting at noon, the Fayetteville History Museum kicks off this much-loved winter tradition.

Early birds take note. The first 100 visitors at the Franklin Street museum will snag special “Dickens Dollars” for local shops. This milestone marks a quarter-century of bringing 1800s British charm to this North Carolina hub.

Streets buzz with vendors, food trucks roll in, and carriages clip-clop down cobblestone paths. Costumed actors bring the past alive, from jolly Father Christmas to stern London bobbies and beloved faces from “A Christmas Carol.”…
