TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A jury found a Tallahassee woman guilty of battery on a law enforcement officer and an EMS worker.
According to court records, Seierra Shivers damaged another woman’s vehicle. When an officer responded to the scene and attempted to arrest Shivers for Criminal Mischief, he testified that he saw Shivers spit on an EMT.
