Man killed in southeast Kansas crash on Tuesday

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – A 65-year-old Coffeyville man was killed in a collision involving a pickup and a car on Tuesday.

The Kansas Highway Patrol said it happened around 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at County Road 4300 (Inglewood Ave.) and County Road 2000, about a mile north of U.S. Highway 166.

The KHP said a Chevy Silverado was traveling north on County Road 4300 when it failed to stop at a sign and struck a Buick LeSabre traveling west on County Road 2000. The man inside the LeSabre, Brian R. Griswold, died at the scene. The 41-year-old driver of the pickup, a woman from Coffeyville, wasn’t injured.
