LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A new safety requirement for those using e-bikes, e-scooters, and other forms of recreational mobility is set to begin this week.
Boulder City Council approved its own ordinance making helmets mandatory for all minors on bicycles, electric bicycles, electric scooters, skates, toy vehicles, scooters, and skateboards.
