ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT) — Prosecutors said Wednesday that they are ready for trial in the case of the Troy man accused of hitting and killing a 93-year-old man with his car.
Kemaury Everett, 19, was back in Albany County Court on Wednesday for a brief status report on the case.
