AKRON, Ohio (WJW) – An Akron police officer faced off in some friendly competition when he raced a resident in the street over the weekend.
Iyana Nelson, of Akron, said was enjoying a night out in Highland Square on Saturday when she struck up a conversation with a few Akron police officers patrolling the area.
“I went over to them to see how their night was going,” Nelson said. “I seen (Officer) Film off to the side and I ask him why he decided to be a cop and if he loved his job.”
