BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — De’corlion Robinson appeared in Jefferson County Court Wednesday for a preliminary hearing while out on bond for charges of murder and converting a pistol into a machine gun. Following the hearing, Robinson was taken into federal custody by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Robinson has been charged with illegally possessing a machine gun.
