According to the Office of the Attorney General, the investigation began with a tip indicating that Chienti had viewed, accessed or uploaded CSAM.
The office then executed a search warrant on Chienti’s residence and allegedly seized electronic devices that contained at least 50 files of CSAM, with a majority of the files depicting children under the age of 10.
