PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A woman was shot and killed on her front porch in what appeared to be a shootout in Strawberry Mansion overnight.
It happened around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday at 31st Street and Montgomery Avenue.
“She was talking to about two other people when shots were fired toward that porch, toward the direction of the three individuals,” said Chief Inspector Scott Small. “The female who got shot in the back ran inside the property and collapsed.”…
