AUSTIN, Texas — A former assistant principal at IDEA Public Schools has been arrested on charges related to an alleged inappropriate relationship with a former student, according to an arrest affidavit.
Austin police began investigating Sept. 10 after administrators at IDEA Public Charter School reported that students had come forward with screenshots of alleged sexual text messages between the employee and a former student.
